The engineering of individual machinery or complete systems is one of the greatest achievements of Vogel, both in the filed of silicone and epoxy applications. Here we use the strength within the Hedrich Group with more than 250 employees. Besides the basic engineering that we perform on 3D-CAD system, for equipment as well as moulds, we are linked to Hedrich Vacuum Systems as well as Hedrich Software and Automation for fast information transfer and perfect adaptions to the various components of a complete production line.

Vogel therefore can support our customers with a complete layout of the new production environment including all central machinery as well as peripheral devices in one engineering concept. Our experience is based on the use of 3Delectronic systems for more than 20 years with the most advanced tools available today.

In the design stage, we can already create a virtual environment to show our customers the new equipment in all details in the computer before we start manufacturing. This also allows our clients to improve their production-flow and implement changes immediately. With these tools, we design and create our equipment with a minimum of adaptations necessary after complete manufacturing.

Therefore, the installation and final commissioning of the equipment in our client’s facility is reduced to absolute minimum time, which helps our customer to start production at the earliest possible date. This service starts during the first contact with our potential customers, bringing in ideas and concepts that allow for a fast decision for the best concept in question.
